I think sketch challenges are my favourites and this week, it's sketch week at As You See It Challenge.
I'll admit that I really like a nice open sketch so at first, I wasn't taken with this one. It looked a bit complex but in the end, it did what a good challenge should do - it made me think!
I put the sentiment into the smallest circle, cut with a lovely die from Stitched Labels. For the second circle, I used the wood slice from Rooted in Nature (one of my all-time favourite sets). Then I created the largest circle using stamped leaves from the same set.
For the background panels, I chose to use contrasting textures: Pinewood Plank and Layered Leaves.
