Perennial Birthday for Retro Rubber 124 - DT card

Welcome to a new Tic-Tac-Toe challenge at Retro Rubber. Simply choose a row, line or diagonal and make sure your creation uses all three features. Easy! Of course, since this is Retro Rubber the requirement to use at least one stamp a year or more old AND to indicate the age of it still stands.

I like a good tic-tac-toe challenge and especially this one, since Jane gave me the job of creating it! So I really hope you enjoy playing it too.

I played the diagonal line: birthday - die or punch - patterned paper.
This was a challenge for me as I seldom use DSP in my card making. I've used it in two ways: both as a background paper and to paper piece some parts of the foliage.

I've paired up Perennial Birthday, from the 2018 Occasions catalogue, with some of the lovely Magnolia Lane DSP from the 2019 catalogue. I like that using old favourites with new products gives them a new lease of life and a new look.

I've used both a die - Stitched Rectangles - and the Leaf punch.
