As You See It 202 - Design Team Card

Time for a new challenge at As You See It and as part of our new rotation of challenges, the week after sketch is COLOUR! I've had the pleasure of picking the colour challenge this time round, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

I've resisted the temptation to play with butterflies and have instead gone for one of my favourites from the new 2019-2020 Catalogue, Free as a Bird.

The set bundles with the Stitched Nested Labels, which are fabulous to work with. You can us them to stamp on, for sentiments, to make frames or to make tags. I've made on into a tag by punching a hole in and adding some Mossy Meadow twine, part of the Magnolia Lane ribbon combo.

The three colours of the challenge all have Stampin' Blend combos, which made colouring in for this card a breeze.

I hope you'll join in with us over the next fortnight. We love to see how you see the challenge.

I also took inspiration from the challenge at Global Design Project. As part of the CASE, I used the general layout, a coloured card base and a textured white card front.

UPDATE: Delighted to get a Special Mention at Global Design Project!
