CAS Colours and Sketches 215

It's colour week at CAS Colours and Sketches and the colours chosen are rich and vibrant.

I've used them today as inspiration for a retirement card for a colleague who has worked at the same school for around 40 years.

Card: Rich Razzleberry, watercolour paper
Stamps: Wild About Flowers, Timeless Textures
Inks: Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Pacific Point
Other: Postit notes, sponges, enamel shapes

  1. The masked scene is fabulous and I love how the flower heads just overlap the edges onto the white. Thanks for joining us for this week's CC&S challenge. x

  2. Beautiful card, Jan, just spotted it in the CC&S gallery.

  3. Beautiful card! Wonderful job with the colors! Thanks for playing along with us at CC&S!

  4. What a beautiful and subtle use of the colours!

  5. What a gorgeous way to show off our challenge colors! The stamping over the sponged background looks terrific. Thanks so much for making CC&S part of your crafting time! :)

  6. This is so beautiful. I struggled a bit with these colours but you have really made them work. The water droplets and spatters really add something extra special to your card. Thanks for joining in this week at CC&S!

  7. I love this card. You have a beautiful design eye.
