As You See It 107

For this week's challenge at As You See It, I've made a thank-you card using my current favourite stamp set, Awesomely Artistic. The challenge was another interesting sketch by Amanda.

I got myself into a bit of trouble with this, as having masked and sponged the focus panel, I was reluctant to cover it up with a sentiment! Having decided to use vellum, I then had the problem of how to attach it without showing. One problem solved leads to another... who knew that card-making was a metaphor for life?

Card: Whisper White, Moonlight DSP, vellum
Stamps: Awesomely Artistic, A Dozen Thoughts
Ink: Black Stazon, Lost Lagoon, Blackberry Bliss
Other: MFT Circle Dot die, rhinestones, sponges.

  1. Beautiful colors! I really like that circle dot die.

  2. Lovely card, Jan! That circle of tiny circles around the beautifully sponged image is so unique! And I love the colours you chose!

  3. I seem to be forever catching up on my commenting at the moment. Wanted to make sure I tell you how gorgeous this card is and just love those two colours together. Amazing!!
