The Geared Up Garage suite certainly makes life easier on the masculine card front. I'm also having a bit of a love affair at the moment with waterfall cards, so I thought I'd see if they worked out in a masculine setting.
Up close, you can see the way using StazOn black has distressed the cogs in a very pleasing way.
I like that the sentiment is general enough to lead into either a birthday or Father's Day.
After this, I do think that a waterfall card can work just as well for the boys!
If you've been thinking about getting this set, then don't delay. While it's carrying over to the 2019 Catalogue, it will no longer be available as a bundle. Getting it now will save you 10%. And if you like the look of the Classic Garage DSP, then get it now before it retires.

Great card Jan and a nice way to use a fancy fold to make a masculine card feel a little more special. Love those distressed cogs - great tip, I'm going to try that the next time I use this set! Actually I think I might have to case this card in an effort to use up more of my paper - I like the fact it can be used for a variety of occasions too!
ReplyDeleteI love this fun fold masculine card, Jan, and may need to borrow this idea ;)
