Colour Inkspiration 54

Welcome to a new challenge at Colour InkspirationIf you haven't played with us before, we're a group of Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up demonstrators. You can play with us by joining in our Facebook group here which will let you play along, comment and vote for your favourite from the top 5 selected by the crew.

This week, you've got the chance to add some colour of your own to a base of black and white.

I recently attended OnStage Auckland and had the pleasure of meeting up with many of the members of the Colour Inkspiration Crew, which was an absolute delight for me. We even managed to fit in a photo!

While at OnStage, we were also introduced to the 2019-2021 In-Colours and one of them is my 'pop of colour' for the challenge. Let me introduce you to Rococo Rose! Isn't she a beauty?

There's also a touch of glamour from some white glimmer paper, aka Sparkle.

I have to confess that this was not the first card I made for this challenge. The first card, I really liked but started to second guess myself and decided that using grey was stretching the theme a bit far. However, I'm going to share it anyway just because. It uses Good Morning Magnolia, a set that will be available in the 2019 Annual Catalogue.

The challenge will be open for the next fortnight and we'd love to have you join in. Just post a picture of your creation to the wall of the Colour Inkspiration Facebook page.

Next up on our hop is the magnificent Bronwyn Eastley. She gave the most wonderful presentation of a new suite at OnStage and she won't disappoint you with her work for this challenge either!

If you live anywhere in New Zealand and don't have a Stampin' Up demonstrator, I'd love to be yours and to  help you with ideas and Stampin' Up products. Please message me through my Facebook page, linked in the sidebar of this blog or leave a comment below.

And, of course, you can shop with me from anywhere in New Zealand by clicking any of the products pictured below or the SHOP NOW button in the sidebar of this blog or you can message me.

  2. Both cards are absolutely stunning Jan - I'm in love. I don't think gray is cheating - it's a shade of black! Kelly x

  3. I love both of these cards Jan - I’m super excited that SU has made some progress with the Customs issues here in Europe and we were finally able to do a limited PPP order yesterday. My in-colours are on the way!! That soft pink does look really pretty against the black and white. I also picked up the Magnolia stamp; I wasn’t sure about it initially, but you’ve already made some gorgeous cards with it so I caved early!!
