Doesn't time fly? It hardly seems a month ago that we were doing our regular second Wednesday of the month hop!
On the second Wednesday of each month, the team put together a thematic hop to give you some inspiration for your own crafting. We love it when you try out something new or CAS(E) one of our projects. The team is truly international, with members from each time zone of the world that Stampin' Up! operates. You're with me, in New Zealand - the first place in the Stampin' Up! world to change the date. 😀
Our theme this month is one that has many interpretations: ABC, 123.
The combination felt like something involving young children and being in possession of a 2 year old granddaughter, it seemed a great chance to get along with scrapping a photo of her. The pictures deserving of a scrapbook are mounting up faster than I can do them!
I had this photo, taken of her for her second birthday earlier this year. As adorable as she is, she doesn't really have a heart for a face - I just edited one into the picture to give her a little privacy. 😀
- Spotlight on Nature dies
- Deckled Circles dies
- Country Birdhouse dies for the flowers and leaves
- Thoughtful Wishes splatter stamp for the background
- Exposed Brick embossing folder
- Alphabet A La Mode dies for the number 2
- 2024-26 In Color Shimmer Gems
- and most surprising of all, Latte Love stamps for the grunge background.
What a gorgeous page Jan. I really like how you've managed to match the gingham DSP to your granddaughter's dress. The smile peeking out from the heart is very cute 😍
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet scrapbook page! Love it! All of the elements work so well together.
ReplyDeleteWow a page!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, by the way. And very nice colour combination! The whole thing lends itself well to the theme, well done!
