One of my resolutions for this year was to make time each day to craft for pure pleasure: not for a class, or a design team or a tutorial package but absolutely just for fun! We'll see how long that lasts for! Today it was easy with the latest challenge at The Paper Players calling to me to play along.
My hands down favourite from the January-April Mini is the Notes of Nature bundle, so that was where I turned for inspiration today.
A white embossed sentiment on Basic Black seemed the perfect choice for the challenge. The Basic Rhinestone Jewels were the closest to white while giving a touch of bling.
Update: Delighted to be named as A Cut Above at The Paper Players.

This is so pretty, Jan. I just might have to CASE it. I don't have any of the items you used so I'll just have to see what I've got...stay tuned!
ReplyDeleteIt is very CASE-able, so I look forward to seeing what you cook up!
DeleteYour card is beautiful, your choice of green for the pop of color is perfect. Well done, Smiles, Kathy
ReplyDeleteThat background panel looks just like DSP Jan and the pop of bright green brings the black and white details and that fabulous layered centrepiece properly into focus - I really love it! Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty this is!! I love your background and that bright green really draw one's eye to the focal point! Great sentiment treatment as well! So happy you shared this with us at the Players this week!
