Welcome to the latest challenge at As You See It. We're back to the first item in our rota of challenges: the sketch,
I enjoy a sketch challenge - they're just the thing for getting some ideas flowing when the mojo is low.
Sadly, the Cottage Rose bundle is retiring at the end of the month so I thought I'd give it another outing. The gorgeous rose stamp is such a go-to as a focal point. I've gone for a very literal interpretation of the sketch - and there's nothing wrong with that either. 😀
The DSP was cut using one of the Deckled Rectangle dies. The embellishments are Iridescent Rhinestones. I love these because they come in three sizes and they pick up colour from their surroundings.

I love this Jan - so soft and feminine, that rose makes a gorgeous centrepiece! You have inspired me to dust off this set and use it before it retires - as a late purchase it has barely seen ink, so I should remedy that! I'd almost missed the deckle edging of the rectangles - I like the way this softens them, perfect for the feel of this card.
