Happiness Abounds for Bron's Birthday Bash 4

Welcome to the fourth of Bronwyn's Birthday Bash Blog Hops.

We're a group of stamping friends that are celebrating Bron's 60th Birthday in 2022 with six blog hops, over six months, with six fun themes!

Bronwyn Eastley of Addinktive Designs does the MOST amazing 3D creations and is one lovely lady. I was delighted to be invited to join Bronwyn's big birthday celebrations.

The theme this month is to CAS(E) a project from one of the 'sixties' pages from the Annual Catalogue. I've chosen this one - page 68. I hope you can tell but, in case you couldn't, I've used the middle card from the top row to CAS(E).

I've kept with the florals but used Happiness Abounds instead. I've kept the general layout, the coloured card base, the white-on-colour sentiment and soft sponging behind the flowers.

I also lost the soft, water-coloured look by replacing it with stronger colours. Although it is water-coloured the strong, black embossed outlines give it more definition. I replaced the white-on-white die cut lattice of the original card front with the Stitched Greenery die. Strong woman, strong card. 😀

The sentiment label die is from the Harvest die set.

Bron's birthday is getting closer, so here's another Happy Birthday wish for you!

Next up on the hop is the fabulous Lou Kitzelman.
