Flowering Fields for AYSI

Time flys by quickly and it's already time for a new challenge at As You See It. This week, it's theme week - Spring Flowers. Great for the Northern Hemisphere and if you're in the Southern Hemisphere, like me, then it gives us something to look forward to as autumn makes its presence felt more keenly.

My cards this week are simple and straightforward, although very springlike.

Confession time: in my notebook, I'd written down that it was Spring Flowers, speed challenge. I was so happy to have made the Poppy Parade/Pool Party tulip card in 8 minutes 13 seconds.

I so enjoyed it that I decided to use the Flowering Fields DSP to make a couple more to show my class attendees this week and ended up with this cheerful trio.

I'm so glad I did because when I went to post to the team site,  I realised it wasn't a speed challenge at all! I'd have felt that I'd cheated a bit if all I'd offered you was the first card alone. Happily, the trio shows off just how fabulous this DSP is. So fabulous that I, who seldom uses DSP, bought the Flowering Fields DSP from the January-June Mini and nothing else at all from that suite!

You can see what the rest of the Design Team have done with this recipe and link up your own entry at the As You See It Challenge site.
