After inking the sentiment in Tuxedo Black, I re-stamped it with versamark, added powder and removed it from the spots I wanted to leave black. The final touch was to add in some gold glimmer stars die cut from the mini-treat bag framelit set. The centre panel is popped up on dimensionals.

ReplyDeleteAwesome card and so many wonderful techniques. Loving the soft Bokeh background and how you partially embossed the sentiment, such a fun idea. Lovely use of the sketch and thanks for joining in on the fun at CC&S. Hugs Bev x
ReplyDeleteLove your technique with the gold embossing powder, Jan! Such a clever idea to take some off. Great sentiment. It reminds me of the sequin designs where you rub them one way for one color and the opposite for a second color. (I have a gaggle of granddaughters who are crazy for them!!) Thanks for playing along with us at CC&S.
