I had an idea that I wanted to play with, which was to use an embossed version of Merry Medley as a background paper. Although I liked the card I made and entered it earlier in the week, it's just been bothering me ever since that I could have done it better. So here it is, take 2...
I like this one better but, if it starts to bother me that it could be even better, I promise not to impose a third version on anyone else!
Ingredients
Card: Garden Green, Copper foil paper, Very Vanilla
Stamps: Merry Medley, Holly Jolly Greetings, Holly Berry Happiness
Inks: Versamark, Tuxedo Black
Other: Copper embossing powder, Swirly Scribbles dies, Cherry Cobbler enamel shapes, dimensionals
I love both your cards for this challenge, but I particularly like the embossing here and the ingenious wreath. :0
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty wreath! I love the gold layer peeking through and especially love those enamel dot ornaments! So sweet!
