Time for a new challenge at As You See It and this week, we're back to the start of our challenge rotation with a sketch by Jane.
I've used the Blessings of Home bundle which is carrying over into the new catalogue. The strips on the sketch reminded me of the floating strip technique, which I've not used in a while. It's hard to see in the photo but the strips are floating about the textured surface of the card.

Beautiful, Jan - you have rehabbed this suite for me over and over, lol - love these layered flowers!
ReplyDeleteThe wooden panelling makes a fabulous backdrop to your purple flowers Jan; I love the subtle layering of the flowers, which really adds to the sense of a cascade down the front of the card. Whilst this set doesn't really appeal to me, you definitely had me at purple - my favourite colour!
