For inspiration I've used the sketch at Sunday Stamps and the colour challenge at The Paper Players.
For my extra colour, I've chosen Bermuda Bay.
The musical note embossing folder I bought online a couple of years ago and is a Darice folder. It makes a good backdrop for the clef die cuts.
I cut a black and a Bermuda Bay of each clef, stacked them but offset the black to create a shadow.
So, Happy Birthday son!
Ingredients
Card: Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, Whisper White
Stamps: Stampin' Up Big on Birthdays and Labeller Alphabet
Inks: Bermuda Bay and Tuxedo Black
Other: Darice music embossing folder, Elizabeth Craft Treble Clef dies, dimensionals, black candy dot.
Jan, this is perfect! Your son will cherish this card! I love Bermuda Bay, so this is very striking with the Black and white.
