Just Add Ink 305

My craft room's been very quiet this week: I just haven't been in it as much as I'd have liked. The looming prospect of my nephew's birthday meant that mojo-blockage or not, I had to get to it. I sought inspiration from this week's sketch at the ever-interesting Just Add Ink....

.... and ended up with this.

Pretty pleased with it, really - and hope the nephew will like it too!

Stamps: Balloon Celebrations, Four You.
Ink: Tuxedo Black, Real Red, Versamark

  1. This is so fabulous Jan! I love how the red in the balloons is also echoed in the layer peeking from under your sentiment banner! A brilliant male card! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink again this week :-)

  3. I love how those red balloons pop against the blues Jan. Perfectly non fussy for a boy and I love the texture you added in with the embossing. Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink this week.

  4. Ooh, that's clever, to use the sketch without making it the feature of the card. Love it! Thanks for playing along with us at Just Add Ink.
