So, I've pondered various possibilities all week and have finally settled on this one. I started by white embossing the Hardwood background stamp onto white paper and lightly sponging it with Pool Party. I used acrylic block stamping, with Crumb Cake, Lost Lagoon and Pool Party, to create the background for the centre panel then highlighted the birds with a Stamp and Write marker to make the birds more distinct that their shadows.
Update: Delighted to have this card picked as A Cut Above at The Paper Players.

This is just beautiful...the closer and more I look at it, the prettier it is! Your attention to detail is wonderful, and yet you've still managed to keep it simple! I think my favorite part is the white woodgrain sponged with the Pool Party....just stunning! Thanks for playing with my Paper Players challenge this week!
